This is so pretty and classic! A ½” virtually unbreakable plastic headband is wrapped in a pastel stripe ribbon in red, white, and blue! Can be both Patriotic or Nautiacl! Securely attached to the band side is a 4 ¼” white bow tied with the matching red, white, and blue stripe knot.
